Global Tots offers flexible program options designed to fit diverse family needs while maximizing learning engagement:

Key Feature: The daily schedule uses a balanced approach, alternating between large-group activities (Circle Time), small-group instruction, and free-choice learning centers, all driven by the E.M.E.R.G.E. framework.

To complete your child’s enrollment, please prepare the following mandatory documents:
  • Child's Proof of Age: Original Birth Certificate or Passport copy.
  • Medical Records: Up-to-date Immunization/Vaccination Card and full medical history.
  • Identification: Government-issued ID/Passport copies for both parents/guardians.
  • Proof of Residence: Latest utility bill or lease agreement (for local address verification).
  • Photographs: Recent passport-sized photos of the child and both parents.
  • Completed Forms: Signed Enrollment Application and Fee Agreement Forms.

    The first step is to schedule a school tour and parent consultation. This allows you to view our facility and discuss your child’s needs with our admissions counselor.
    We recommend applying as soon as possible, especially for popular age groups like Nursery. We accept applications year-round, but enrollment typically opens 3-6 months before the new academic session starts.

    Potty training is generally encouraged for children entering our Nursery program and is mandatory for the Ready To Fly levels (Pre-K). We support parents working on this skill in our Playgroup.

    For younger programs (Playgroup/Nursery), we conduct a brief, informal interaction session to help us understand the child’s readiness. Older students (Ready To Fly) may have a short, age-appropriate assessment.

    Fees generally cover tuition, meals (snacks/lunch for full-day programs), basic learning materials, and the integrated curriculum access. Specific details are provided in the Fee Agreement Form.

    Yes, most franchises offer various payment options, including annual, semi-annual, or quarterly plans. Please inquire with your specific center for localized options.

    Our standard full-day program runs from approximately 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Half-day options are also available. We adhere to local operating hours and public holidays.

    Yes, subject to classroom availability, it is usually possible to upgrade your child’s program model during the academic year.

    We do accept mid-session enrollment if there are vacancies in the required age group. Fees are pro-rated based on the joining date.

    Once all documents are submitted and fees are paid, your child’s spot is confirmed. You will then receive a welcome kit with orientation details and academic calendar.
